Did you know that anxiety may be your greatest gift? Could anxiety be your secret weapon to success? We believe it can be IF you have the tools to shift anxiety from debilitative to facilitative. From negative to positive. From frightening to inspiring. The Own Anxiety workshop was created by Julian Brass (@julian_brass), author of 99 Ways to Own Anxiety: Naturally change the way anxiety shows up in your life (summer 2018).
