Teaching is one of my greatest joys. I love taking my years of yoga and mindfulness training on the road to offer instruction at events, festivals and workshops all over the world. Group classes – online and in-person

In 2018, after Own Your Anxiety was written but before it was published, I decided it was time to launch a class. I was eager to share the treasures in the book, so I started my first online OYA class. The breakthroughs were magical. I keep my classes intentionally small to allow for maximum individual attention. If you’d like to join the next online or in-person class, make sure to apply.


Yoga was the first step I took in creating a new reality for myself. The practice of yoga has given me so much. Now, teaching others is one of my greatest honors. I’ve trained with and taught yoga all over the world. I completed my first RYT 200 in 2015 in Tel Aviv, training under the highly regarded yogi Aryan Vedh. After moving back to Toronto, I furthered my training under the prestigious international teachers Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy in their prestigious and rigorous RYT 500 at Downward Dog, a Toronto studio that has been offering instruction for over twenty years.


In our always-on world, disconnecting through meditation is needed now more than ever before. Meditation has always empowered me to own my anxiety so that I can own my life. Guided meditation classes are one of my most popular offerings. I consistently help participants achieve calmness, clarity, and release.


My “Own Your Anxiety, the Yogi Way” workshop is a custom-created class in which I combine the OYA Method with yoga for anxiety and meditation components. This class is generally two to four hours long and has been super popular since inception. It is for all levels. The only requirements: a desire to learn and an open mind!
