He is an author, keynote speaker, certified yoga instructor and health coach.

Before committing himself to a path of healing Julian was the CEO and Founder of one of Canada’s most successful media companies for millennials, Notable Life and the Notable Awards. It was through the hustle of his former life that he found yoga and holistic living which opened up the path for him to own his own anxiety.

This workshop will consist of both theory, meditation and a yoga practice.
